Sublimotion is the dream come true of Paco Roncero, where gastronomy, avant-garde and innovation combine to create an exceptional experience. The cast of chefs who accompany him —Dani García, Diego Guerrero, Toño Pérez, David Chang and the pastry chef Paco Torreblanca— form a team with ten Michelin stars, united in offering a singular gastronomy performance. The artistic team includes the music director Alfonso G. Aguilar, the illusionist Jorge Blass and the producer Wally López.
