The Argentinian Brian Olocco leads the kitchens of Cala Bonita, following the guidelines of the renowned Spanish executive chef Pau Barba, who signs off on a menu based on Mediterranean flavours and elements. Simple yet refined dishes, made using local seasonal products, and with a charcoal and wood grill that guarantees perfection for meat and fish.
