Considered “The temple of Connoisseurship” by Jancis Robinson, the World’s Best Wine Bar by The Wall Street Journal, and one of the Top 5 Places for Matching by the magazine Food & Wine.

Monvínic was conceived to foster the universe of wine with rigour and respect, always in a natural, uninhibited, festive and friendly setting. Features an open kitchen with a chef’s table (by reservation, for up to 6 people) and a luminous, versatile open-plan dining space which can be divided into several private areas (for 14, 26, 40 or 60 people).

In short, Monvínic forms the convergence of a documentation centre, a wine bar, a culinary space, a room for tastings and conferences, a terrace with a vertical garden and, naturally enough, an extraordinary cellar that acts as a connecting link between all these places and that is home to wines from the five continents.

The culinary space, headed by its gastronomic director Ariadna Julian, presents a cuisine of deep roots with a great respect for products, under the Slow Food-0 Km seal.
