Port Adriano is Mallorca’s most exclusive marina, designed by Frenchman Philippe Starck. It is one of the most modern ports in the Mediterranean, which has managed to combine aesthetics, nautical services and functionality to become an exceptional base for vessels from 6 to 120 metres in length.

Port Adriano is located to the south-west of the huge bay of Palma, in the municipality of Calvià, just 9 km from the Balearic capital. It offers sailors everything necessary for their vessels: mooring hire, dry dock, fuel and everything related to boat maintenance and repair.

Because of its location in the western Mediterranean, Port Adriano has become an exceptional option for yachts throughout the year. The marina is surrounded by areas of great natural beauty and value, such as the Malgrats Island, the islet of El Toro and the legendary Costa Nord — the sea-facing side of the Serra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

In addition, it is a launch pad for other Mediterranean destinations, like Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera or the port of Barcelona. And it is perfectly communicated to the airport, with direct flights to the main cities of Europe.

Port Adriano has obtained EMAS certification, an award granted by the European Union that recognises companies which introduce an environmental management system and make a commitment to innovation. And it has also renewed its ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 quality certificates.

A world of events
Throughout the year, the marina organises concerts and activities which have huge social and cultural repercussions for the general public. It has a large square with a surface area of 2,500 m2 where the musicians of Buena Vista Social Club have performed, for example, or Roger Hodgson, Los Secretos, Earth, Wind & Fire, Kool and the Gang, Gloria Gaynor, la Electric Light Orchestra and Hombres G, among others. Another outstanding feature is the Fun Fair, an entertainment experience designed for Port Adriano which combines performing languages through different characters. The port’s strong calendar of activities makes it one of the island’s recreational hotspots.

The packed sporting and cultural calendar also includes regattas, like The Silver Bollard and The Classic Silver Bollard, the Sunset Yoga event (which brings together hundreds of people for a master class imparted by a renowned teacher) or the Food Truck Festival, where vintage trucks offer a varied range of the island’s gastronomy. And for more active people, there are sports: a diving centre and a sailing and SUP (Stand up Paddle) school, with programmes for all ages. And golf lovers are just five minutes away from three luxury facilities.
