The avant-garde restaurante run by chef Paco Roncero celebrates its fifth anniversary with a team of eight Michelin stars and a spectacular mise-en-scene.

Sublimotion turns five, becoming established as the primary sensorial and gastronomical performance in the world. Located in the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, in Platja d’en Bossa, and run by the famous chef Paco Roncero, it has consolidated its prestige thanks to the combination of the most advanced technology and the work of a team of renowned Spanish artists and professionals, leaders of gastronomy, mise-en-scene, music, art, design, technology, magic, illustration or neuroscience. A veritable sensorial spectacle and a unique experience on the international culinary planet.

Paco Roncero has put together a cooking team (chefs Dani García, Diego Guerrero and Toño Perez and confectioner Paco Torreblanca) endorsed by eight Michelin stars who have brought their gastronomy talent to this experience. On this journey of emotions, music plays a prominent role, provided by Alfonso González Aguilar, a soundtrack composer who has designed a musical strategy to intensify the sensations the fine gastronomy arouses in the diners, feelings that have been verified by neuroscience. The fashion designer Roberto Diz is also present, as is the sound of the Ibizan night with DJ and producer Wally López, and magic, provided by Spanish magician Jorge Blass, or illustration, in the form of the work of Juan Carlos Paz “BAKEA”, who expresses his talent through confectionary. The extra ingredients, among others, include choreographed service, zenithal projection and an exclusive soundtrack. And meticulous design of décor and crockery could obviously not be missing, supplied by artisan José Piñero, who produces exclusive pieces for this fabulous gastronomy show which is full of surprises.
 

The restaurant that was never imagined
Paco Roncero is one of the maximum representatives of the Spanish culinary avant-garde both within and without our frontiers. The director of some of the restaurants with most awards in the world, he has run Sublimotion ever since it was created. He sums up its concept as “the most advance and innovative restaurant ever imagined”. His experience in the technical and creative vanguard translates into a unique style of cuisine and a way of offering and understanding gastronomy as an unforgettable sensorial experience, because at Sublimotion, a dinner for 12 people can evolve in different settings, from cabaret to the future.
