This establishment occupies a former Mallorcan stately home on the seafront with views of the Serra de Tramuntana. The creator of the restaurant is Toni Oliver, born and raised in Sóller, and his cuisine presents the best flavours of Italian, Mallorcan and Mediterranean gastronomy. On the menu, proposals like the Andalusian-style squid with Japanese mayonnaise, grilled pigeon, suckling pig ravioli with grouper or Catalan crème foam with cinnamon and apple ice cream.
