Nicknamed “la Mallorquina”, Maca de Castro has had one Michelin star since 2012 and the Repsol Guide distinguishes her with three suns. In her establishment, she offers a tasting menu based on the island’s pantry, marked by her intuition, creativity and love of tradition, made using the best products of Mallorca, some of which are harvested from her own garden. The siblings Dani and Maca de Castro work side by side with the Grupo de Castro: Maca is in charge of the stoves, and Dani takes care of catering and events.
