Joan Marc Restaurant is a modern space which combines the natural surroundings with a functional perspective, with an open kitchen and panoramic windows enabling one to observe the culinary process. Chef Joan Marc invites diners to try his cuisine with a set menu consisting of 4, 6 or 8 courses. The menu changes every month according to the best local seasonal produce, and adapts to customers’ preferences too. At midday the dry Vermut & Arroz menu is served. The restaurant has a private dining room for events.
