Es Canyís, which opened in 1954 and has been run by the same family ever since, is located at one end of the bay of Sóller. A spectacular setting in which to enjoy dishes made using vegetables from the local market garden, fish and seafood caught by the Sóller fishing fleet and ice creams prepared artisanally on a daily basis. It has several different spaces: a main dining room with kitchen and a corner for desserts —which are made in view of customers—, a large room for events and terrace with views.
