In the 1960s, a former US marines officer opened Texas Jacks, a bar for the marines who would put in at Mallorca back them, offering them country music and the spiciest chili con carne in the Mediterranean. Decades later it closed, but in the late ‘90s it reopened as the Atlántico Cocktail Bar, specialising in rock and cocktails. Ever since it has been livening up the nights of Palma with excellent classic and signature cocktails, great service and a meticulous selection of music from the ‘70s and ‘80s.
