Born in Buenos Aires, of a Mallorcan father and grandparents, Adrián Quetglas has worked at the best stoves of Paris, London and Moscow. In 2015 he opened his most personal project, Adrian Quetglas Restaurant, where he prepares dishes that sum up the essence of his experiences, based on natural products, tradition, avant-garde and a signature touch. Perfectionist cuisine that cares about aesthetics which can be enjoyed in two different ways: at lunchtime, a 5-step urban set menu and in the evening, a 7-step tasting experience.
