The restaurant Zela is considered a founder of "meppon" cuisine, a fusion of traditional Mediterranean products with techniques from Japanese cuisine. It is located in the area of Talamanca, near the harbours of Marina Botafoch and Marina Nueva. It has a cocktail bar, a sushi bar, three private rooms, two terraces, a secret garden and a DJ’s booth. Its design, by interior designers from Studio Gronda, is inspired by an Asian and colonial atmosphere where vegetation abounds.
