The Marina district is the location of Ibiza’s first vermouth bar, or vermutería, where the musical selection of Óscar Albaladejo can be heard, ranging from the grooviest disco to the most relaxed of Latin and funk. An establishment with a friendly atmosphere and an abundance of the traditional glass soda syphon bottles, with a menu including designation of origin wines, artisanal vermouths and classic or creative cocktails. They are accompanied by crisps, canned goods, tapas, sandwiches or Ibizan dishes like crostes salad.
