It is Ibiza’s first “oleoteca”, a space dedicated to the world of olive oil, with a pleasant decor adapted to the surroundings. Its cuisine offers dishes marinated with the house oil, including grilled meat, a farmhouse salad with crostes, traditional cocas or cold meat boards. It is also the best place in which to stroll through an olive plantation and contemplate the production process of Virgin Extra olive oil, try the different varieties and acquire them in the shop.
