Sant Mateu is the location of this restaurant which occupies an almost two-century-old rural house that has been transformed respecting its original style. In it, Victoria and Francis recover authentic flavours with a market-based menu which they renew every season, an invitation to enjoy foods cooked to perfection. Salads, soups or carpaccios precede main courses featuring meat —Steak Tartar, Chateaubriand or stone-cooked T-bone steak— or fish, like stuffed squid or octopus frito.
